There seems to me to be more than a passing resemblance between this stone and Maen Mawr. Size and shape are very similar? Posted by cerrig

Shape yes, size is smaller (although a decent size still). The possible fallen "pair" is more unusual though. I know of the pair of stones near Crickhowell (now lost in woods, although I think Carl has tried to find them), but they are quite a bit smaller than these two.
