Folklore
| A small mound or hillock hollowed out in the centre. It is now partly filled up and defaced by a ditch cut through it. The local tradition is that it was made and used by a person called 'Tam' during the time of religious persecution in Scotland. It is also a well known point on the boundary of Marnoch and Forglen. Name Book 1866. |
