Discussed this evening on Radio 4's PM programme - described as 'heavy handed'. Apparently only 'FotoLibra' picture library had been sent an email which has caused some alarm and confusion. EH have now issued a statement to PM saying that only photograghers taking pictures for commercial use will be charged a fee - otherwise visitors are encouraged to take photos without having to pay a fee. They did not say how much the fee would be for commercial use. |
