Moel Goedog

Hillfort

Moel Goedog (Hillfort) by GLADMAN Highlighting (or so I believe - please shout if I'm mistaken...) the greater landscape context of the site, extreme top left. The viewpoint is the wonderful summit ridge of Y Cnicht, towering above Cwm Croesor.

I've yet to climb Cnicht but have learned that it was my Dad's favourite mountain (along with Hebog). This is a wonderful appetiser of a shot. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat

There's a couple more on the Cwm Croesor page. Unfortunately Cnicht hasn't an ancient cairn that I'm aware of. The most exciting ascent's from Croesor itself... but my favourite is via Llyn Llagi and Llyn yr Adar. GLADMAN Posted by GLADMAN
