Campfires and stone circles. I don't understand how people who've obviously made the effort to go somewhere like that, then just bugger it up, and not see it. And anyway, how can you 'see' the circle when you've got all the camping gear in it? Maybe they were trying to get the vibes in their sleep or something. You've got more patience than me, I couldn't have stayed without getting cross?

As I see you say in your blog, "they obviously thought it was completely normal, and that was the worse thing the mindless nonchalance of the thoughtless halfwit." Sigh.

Surely it's best to see the stars from a stone circle, isn't it. A camp fire obviously buggers up the ground, but also prevents the beauty of the sky from shining down, due to the light polution from the fire. Two obvious reasons not to light one. Flamin' hell, literally. The Eternal Posted by The Eternal

Poor Postie.. think I mentioned recently I encountered some morons camping within Fernworthy and they couldn't see any possible issue with it. Guess it's these kind of halfwits that erect the walkers' cairns. We must declare war on them. Now! GLADMAN Posted by GLADMAN
