Arcturus,
There's something haunting about this. The ancient stone in the foreground, and the old wood in the distance, with perhaps a touch of autumn on the leafy canopy, atop the beautifully curving landscape.

I agree, and each view can change, for instance with the weather, the season, the sun shining behind or in front, a shaft of light illuminating a part of it on a dark day, the season, and especially our emotional state at the time.
I forgot to say that I especially like the lichen emulating rock-art, with the swirls and patterns.
