Not exactly the best preserved broch on the Mainland, but they certainly knew where to put it, didn't they? Boasting majestic views of The Kyle of Tongue and of Ben Loyal, this is worth a couple of hours of anyone's time, I'd have thought? Although somewhat dishevelled by a couple of millennia of Highland 'weather', the usual broch details can still be ascertained - entrance passage, stairs etc. But it is the views which made this a truly memorable experience.
