Aye Ken, though it didn't take long as it's only about 2 and a half inches long and soapstone is very soft. I've one I started 3 years ago in a chunk of Langdale andesitic tuff (the stuff they used to make the posh axes from) and it's so damn hard I've never got around to finishing it ;) Hob Posted by Hob
