Today, 7/27, Geoffrey DeHavilland was born in 1882.

I'm almost completely positive that the above photo was taken in 1910 or 1911, and could likely have been taken by Geoffrey DeHavilland himself or a passenger, (Maybe Frank Hearle, or Geoffs Wife Louie),while flying his second plane that he built , with the help of Frank and Louie as well, that they modified to carry two passengers.

De Havilland used Seven Barrows for Taxi and Take Off and Landing Testing, for his first plane and ultimately, a Working Runway for his second plane. The straight and circular lines shown in the field above the pictured mounds are very likely Geoffrey's first runway.

Geoffrey was also an avid photographer who made his own cameras.

So naturally I believe this is a very historic photograph.
