| This is a single bowl barrow with trees growing on it, but it's really the southern end of the Brightwell Heath bronze age barrow cemetery, which has now been largely ploughed out. It used to include the enigmatically titled 'Devil's Saucer' which was a saucer barrow. If you look at the OS map there are still quite a few barrows in the area though. |
