| Hello Hob, Is that another standing stone in the field behind the Swinburne stone? If so, do you know its direction from the Swinburne stone? |

Heyup there, I'm afraid it's bad photography :-) I reckon it's an out of focus bit of long-grass in the foreground. I've certainly no recollection of seeing another stone, and the perspective there would make it large enough to be fairly prominent. There are a few cairns in the surrounding fields, and the strange giant terraces between the stone and the road, but Iirc, the nearest recorded stones were the now destroyed ones in Nunwick Hall. |

| Thanks for the info Hob. Do you know any other alignment of two or three stones down your way that are cupmarked? |
