Eh, possibly because there’s nine stones... though Fourwinds counted 10: http://megalithomania.com/show/site/329/the_nine_stones_stone_row_or_alignment.htm Their prehistoric provenance is a serious doubt however.	Posted by ryaner 18th July 2019ce
