How very beautiful is that. Cornwall is a bit like Avebury to me - where ever else I go I will always go back. tjj Posted by tjj

Same here. The cliff forts on this peninsula are all well worth a visit. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat

That's just lovely tsc. The sea is such a strong colour of blue. Bet it feels longer ago than just last month you were there, now the nights are drawing in? thelonious Posted by thelonious

It feels like a million years ago right now. Yep, dark when I leave the house and when I get home. Winter is coming, as they say. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat

Same here. Feels like I only see daylight at the weekends. Why do we have to work :-(
Raining so much the last few days here, Mrs T and me have started building an ark!

Took last Friday off for a day in the hills, which I haven't had nearly enough of this year. I'm already wishing for Spring. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat

I tend to hibernate a bit now (I think I'm part tortoise) so probably no trips until March (which seems a long way off) apart from going away at Xmas to see relatives for a few days.

Still the dark evenings give me plenty of time to plan for next year. I love a good plan :-)

C'mon, I expect to see some snowy pictures from Bennachie or somewhere soon. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat

There was a dusting on top a week last Saturday.

Temperatures seem all over the place at the moment. Scraping the windscreen one morning than near 10 degrees the next.

Been years since we've had a decent amount of snow in Aberdeen staying for any length of time.

Fingers crossed for a good amount this year near me. I need a month or so permanently on the moors to kill of some vegetation and find some features :) juamei Posted by juamei
