I would say that it had been restored - along with the other cairns stretched out along the Kilmartin valley (Glebe Cairn, Nether Largie North Cairn, and Nether Largie Mid Cairn). Although any restoration work was not obvious - as it is in the chambered tombs down our way. tjj Posted by tjj

They've done a fine job of the restoration by the looks of it. The roof reminds me of Scillonian entrance graves. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat
