| Had a look at this photo yesterday and thought I'd have another look today to see how he was getting on. He doesn't seem to have moved that stone an inch, looks like hard work!! It's a great shot :-) |

| This is actually " Mad Hare " Steven Howard . I collared him on his way past on a 35 mile bike ride , to raise money for a Cystic Fibrosis charity ran by Cardiff and the Vale ULHB , heading to Llandovery to watch the match between England and Wales . I wish him well with his efforts , and I'd like England to win on Saturday too, just so we can beat them, again in the final. |

| I don't know Steven, so he could be from Bridgend I suppose. I was lucky to catch him out in the daylight at all here as he's normally nocturnal. It was a very strange day. |
