Bit off topic, but is the straight line on the right of the picture across the estuary , a railway track? If so I think I've been there a long time ago & have thought about it a lot. It's such a beautiful place, but I could never remember the name of the area. I knew it was near Barmouth somewhere. Posted by carol27

It is indeed. It's the railway bridge over the Mawddach, which has a wooden toll footbridge running alongside it. Barmouth's at the bottom of the hill across the river. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat
