Pen Pumlumon-Fawr (Cairn(s)) by GLADMAN Looking down upon Llyn Llygad-Rheidol.... the source of the Afon Rheidol, but one of a trio of major rivers rising upon Pumlumon [the others are the Hafren (Severn) and the Wye]. Incidentally Aran Fawddwy, summit peak of the Cambrian Mountains, also bearing a large Bronze Age cairn, crowns the horizon (centre) rising above a duo of large cairns upon Carn Hyddgen
