Carreg Cennen

Sacred Well

Carreg Cennen (Sacred Well) by GLADMAN Assuming the burials here were ritualistic and not random.... I think I can glimpse some sense of why this was thought a suitable last resting place....

That's some pretty deep darkness you've found there, when on earth were you under my stairs. postman Posted by postman

How totally marvellous that you can come down here armed only with a torch. If that cave was where I work, it'd have been health and safetyed into oblivion, there'd be non-slip matting and strip lighting everywhere, and a machine at the end selling bent pins, and you'd have to sign an effing risk assessment in case you stabbed yourself. Thank god places like this are left much alone. it looks fantastic and would undoubtedly strike the fear of the dark silent underground unknown into me. Rhiannon Posted by Rhiannon
