A lot more open than that. Beinn Dhorain's the highest peak in the area (I think) at just over 2,000ft, so perhaps the vibe is more Dartmoor? Saw about a dozen chambered and long cairns following the Helmsdale to the sea... there were more, too. GLADMAN Posted by GLADMAN

Oh, quite near Kinbrace station as it turns out. We've been through there twice and some of the cairns (not these) can even be seen from the train. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat
