I think it helps being able to view the landscape from the circle. It's such a shame that this perspective is missed by the vast majority of visitors. The whole landscape and site look and feel very different from within as it were. texlahoma Posted by texlahoma

This is true - we mostly get pics *of* the circle and not *from*... Regardless of that, it's beautifully framed and processed. :)

I'm not sure if I made myself clear, I usually don't..

I was referring to the small 'orb' on the horizon near the barrow!
