Chambered Tomb

Liveras (Chambered Tomb) by GLADMAN Sadly - for me - proving the maxim that 'siting is everything'.... compare with the utterly wondrous Kensaleyre monument... this is nevertheless a large, upstanding cairn

Possibly also proving the maxim that I've just made up that says "timing is everything" too. A summer visit is rather hampered by undergrowth by the looks of it. It's also a shame that the trees rather block to view of Beinn na Cailleach from the tomb, it doesn't have quite the same imposing proximity as An Sithean, but there still should be an intended relationship between cairn and mountain, don't you think? thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat
