Thanks both, the beautiful light made for a very enjoyable visit. Normally trees on the banks might seem intrusive, but here they added greatly to the ambience of the site. It's a very decent fort, and about 5 miles from where I grew up but I don't think I've ever been there before.	Posted by thesweetcheat 5th February 2012ce

None of that here now, it came and went on Saturday and we're back to the inevitable rain. Although I understand that a flake may have been seen in Central London, so the country is officially in a Big Freeze now.	Posted by thesweetcheat 6th February 2012ce
