Yes a bit busy, though deserted in the rain the first time I saw it. Sunkenkirk is the circle for you then but is the other end of Cumbria and not easy to get to without transport.	Posted by tjj 23rd October 2011ce

You've captured that well SC... Castlerigg's a funny place for me. Fine circle, great location, but I find the experience of visiting too annoying nowadays due to barely interested tourists 'ticking another box'.	Posted by GLADMAN 31st October 2011ce
