Stronend Cairn(s) View all content for Stronend

26/09/2011 Nice walk to see this cairn and the one on Carleatheran, about 6km east of it. Parked car at NS 652922, just at bridge. Walked up track passed Ballochleam (means Hollow of the Dead) and onto hills. Great views from the cairns but bit wet underfoot.
