Sezincote Warren

Round Barrow(s)

Visited 13.8.11

Not far from Sezincote Barrow, to the east of a minor road off the A424.

There are two Barrows here, both the same size (1.5 metres high x 5metres across) and about 20 metres apart. They do not appear to have been dug into.

Access is easy. From the side of the road climb over a small wall, through some trees and walk up the short but steep incline. As the ground flattens out the Barrows are obvious. Covered in long grass in the middle of a field.

Certainly worth a quick look when visiting the other sites in the area.
