Well, I've been going on for years about Pumlumon... it's got a bad press from many in the past, labelled as 'boring'. Rather, this is somewhere someone like Jim Perrin would come... not a fool looking to conquer anything. Just to become a temporary feature for a short while.

Been really enjoying two books of his I got earlier in the year. "The Hills of Wales" is especially lovely.

Yeah. Seems EOS1000s are no more, so I replaced it with a bottom of the range 1300. First go this trip. Ironically it cost less than the 1000 did ... back in 2009.
