Oh I like this. I often wonder how stone rows etc would look in woodland, this is perfect (although not the kind of woodland we would've had in southern Britain in the Bronze Age I imagine).
The fact that there are missing stones doesn't help .It's pretty chaotic superficially and even with a rough attempt at getting an inkling of the relationships between the various stones it still looked wild .
It's not the only one on the island , there is another with a similar number of stones spread out over a greater area and even more ( apparently ) formless .
Quite alien to us in England really. I'm trying to think of any rows or circles in England that are enclosed in woodland like that. Or Wales for that matter.
What a fabulous island to visit. Looks like a more remote version of the petit-menac with the stones in an apparently random fashion rather than orderly lines
You'll love it Costa . The weather ,considering it's the Baltic, is pretty good too .There's another similar woodland setting which is even more chaotic .

It's a shame that there is no good survey .

I quite like the apparent randomness. Bags of atmosphere anyway.
It's a great pairing , menhirs and deciduous woodland .
