Now I know there's a gravely track since I cycled up Drum many moons ago. So it's not as bad as it looks.... but for me that that image just sums up the rank hypocrisy of Snowdonia's powers that be. So anti-car - even talking of banning them some years back - yet they allow that for a race. What price showing the landscape and other hill people a bit of respect?
There was another off road vehicle all the way over on Garnedd Uchaf as well, it wasn't a land rover, but some kind of large 4x4 buggy, yes respect, or a lift maybe.
