I've been down the far west loads of times from Launceston for a day and you'll be halfway there already. Not only that but there is a fair bit going on down Lizard way worth looking at as well. You probably know by now but the A30 work at temple is complete now (just two bridge crossings to finish off) so an easy trip down. Good luck and I hope the move goes well.
