Really like this booklet, but what's the best book/gazetteer were one thinking of a week or 10 days visit?

Adam Welfare "Great Crowns of Stone " for RSC's .

A truly brilliant book!

I can't see how it could be surpassed .

It could be surpassed with a reprint. It went out of print while I was still saving up for it, and now is outrageously expensive - and a pdf just isn't the same :)

A free first edition signed copy ?

Pleased to say a copy graces my shelves! Can't believe the price of it now, a bit silly. I think I bought it for around £25.
