...Most of us are individually selfish which means collective moral/spiritual improvement is highly unlikely. In addition, if that moral change includes denying 90% of the world the right to experience the level of consumption that we've been enjoying it's morally dubious. I fear we won't change until lack of resources and climate chaos forces us to, which will involve no moral evolution or wising up at all.
