I think I'd maybe have to agree that modern stones maybe don't "do it" but if they had the original stones then I'd definitely prefer them re-instated(didn't want to set the other half off with sayin re-erection!) than the concrete posts :)


Yes, i'd def be more inclined to see the originals! But, even then, not just at any cost either to the monument or our knowledge.
Our 'wanting to know' right now, in our lifetime, is not the important issue, in my opinion.[/quote]
