I'm just putting my final plans together for my first trip to Penwith at the beginning of September. I have a list as long as my arm of sites to visit and have all the information sheets printed out. It was once I'd completed this task and set about putting them in order that it struck me that in the description of every single site they come up with the 'Ceremonial, Ritual or Religious' use angle. It never fails does it and almost precludes you from daring to have alternative views and I think short-sighted. Thoughts?
