(Grim reaper similarities aside) The bit that got me is the hat that covers his eyes, as if its pulled down at the front, perhaps it was a simple hat like we might expect Robin Hood to wear, wide and tall at the back and thin and pointy at the front.
So any capstones that conform to such a shape are specifically made to represent the Gods hat.
