Sea Cat, the words are not invalidated just because the person who wrote was not who we were led to believe. I truly do believe the Earth is our metaphorical Mother who sustains us. There must be loads of historical examples of wise words attributed to people who have become deified through the mists of time. Its the spirit of the words that matter not who said them.
