I find it astonishing that you mention something like 'shoes' ... I didn't notice at all. Bettany Hughes is hardly going to wear the same shoes in India as she wears to the Ashmolean in Oxford. Given 'goddess' symbolism still seems to resonate with many people even today, I for one really enjoyed the programme. 10/10
