Ah yes Wales, sorry. So the equivalents in my spiel are Cadw and Tir Gofal.

Although Wikipedia says "Until recently the prevailing agri-environment scheme in Wales was Tir Gofal..... It was recently announced that this scheme has ceased, with a bridging payment scheme until its replacement is launched."

Might still be worth mentioning to them. I bet they've stopped inspecting places now it's a bridging payment scheme so won't be aware of what goes on.
