They are directly opposite the doorway to the courtyard, you can see this in our VR tour of Chysauster:-

We think Mr.Hamhead is correct, the "family room" would have been located here it looks as though the smaller stones of the walling have been robbed away, leaving one door jamb and two other large stones standing isolated.

We also thought they had a very "stone circley" look to them.
