I know you meant dud. I'm the other side of the fence - I don't buy stuff off Amazon but make sure the tidal wave, of corrugated cardboard containers, is flowing in the right direction, at Christmas. And then I'll use their reviews to decide which films or music to download (allegedly). Their 'cookies' keep perfect track of which articles I have searched for previously. But that review policy they have is tied to the actual book - it's 'you must have purchased this item from us and 24 hours must have elapsed'. It's been a good try and the very first book review I've ever wrot - so it can only lead to improvement!
