yes tiss the one! on pastscape it has it as a 1.5 m standing stone in boggy field surrounded by stones, which i first went to, but over wall in next field was a 2 m + standing stone, it didn't look modern and was no rubbing post, on pastscape it says that over last 20 years a local farmer has put up some stones himself, it just seems a bit big for that, but i didn't see the farmer myself and therefore he may be huge!!!!!
