As for the 'heath project' - I've rarely seen the cattle, but am very aware of how difficult is is now to head to Nine Maidens Moor from the lane at Men-an-Tol due to it being a quagmire. I'm wondering if this is part of the drainage fiasco the NT (I think) were 'correcting' some time ago.
