| Hi all Myself, Mrs G and Mini G just spent a fantastic week in Snowdonia, including a whole day in Anglesey. Part of our itinerary was a visit to Bryn Celli Ddu, which has become my Current Favourite Site! There's something for everyone there! There's yer henge, yer stone circle, yer rockart, yer mound, yer stone row, yer chambered tomb and yer standing stone! And yer sheep. I think I've remembered everything... I just thought it was an amazing place, heavily reconstructed or not. Nicely atmospheric - especially inside the chamber, with the standing stone inside - seemed quite eerie...
