Such a lot to choose from. What a fabulous dilemma to find yourself in! Like some others who've already replied, I'd absolutely go for the Sunhoney and Midmar circles above anything else, but hey, you'll have time for more than two.
The local council used to publish a book/pamphlet called something like 'the stone circle' that directed you on a nice geographical loop that took in hill forts, stone circles and pictish stones.
Also, why not take along Stewart Home's 69 Things To Do With A Dead Princess for bedtime reading. It's a wierd and wonderful novel where the protagonists - one being a ventriloquist's dummy - visit many of the aberdeenshire circles.
