Well you certainly seem to have prejudged all those who leave offerings at stones! What's your alternative? Never engage anyone in dialogue? You still have managed to avoid the first word of the whole paragraph - HOW? How do you suggest you initiate dialogue? Better still, try it somewhere else. See how many people tell you to fuck off when you point out their littering habit, and how many embrace your interfering in their daily lives. Oh to be a fly on the wall for that one...
