I especially like Atkinson's, "An enormous layered cake" (he means Silbury) which his interviewer further embellishes by drawing our attention to Atkinson's, "...little drawing on a piece of old iron."

Not much change there then. Forty years on and English Heritage are still bungling things when it comes to providing the public with accurate, up-to-the-minute information on its activities at Silbury - this time with 'little drawings' on its website instead of 'little drawings' on an old piece of iron.
