Hi Rhiannon,

I initially got the name from The Modern Antiquarian, but there's also a notice next to the stone describing how it was found, and this refers to it as Kenric's Stone. When I visited in 2003 I had the clever idea of photographing the notice for future reference (I think I planned to transcribe it and post it on TMA). Unfortunately the photos came out all blurred, so I can't read 95% of the text.

Maybe Rhodri was the bloke that found the stone in the 19th Century.
