The cupmarks are identical to the ones on this stone ( http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/post/15000 ) - which have Mr Beckensall's seal of approval. And I mean identical in the sense of 'exactly the same'. The rocks at the Knar are a very soft sandstone - mother of coal - and the seashore rock is a very dense grit but the marks themselves are indistinguishable. Which, as I say, calls into question a whole load of other results.
