ED's: Maybe a 'disputed antiquity' tag?

I was chatting to some local people at Newgrange on the solstice morning, the Hedgerow Stone came up in conversation and I was told this stone was erected and carved as a memorial to M.J. O'Kelly who excavated Newgrange. I've since pored over O'Kelly's book on Newgrange and can find no mention of it and the only photo facing in that direction from the time of excavation doesn't show it Pl. 64 p. 137 (though it could be behind a mans head but should be more to the left). It's also not included in the corpus of Megalithic Art in the appendix.

I'll ask around and see if I can get a confirmation about this in the meantime.
