Thanks Rhiannon, the jewellery was beautiful. Had forgotten about Robin Tanner's woodcuts. Been looking today for Heywood Sumner - artist and archaeologist (preraphaelite time). Theres an aerial picture painted by him of Hod and Hambledon Hill, but its in a private collection. He also did some illustrations of Cranbourne Chase antiquities...

Lovely museum! I seem to remember that it was threatened with closure a few years ago. Glad to see that it overcame its financial difficulties. Interesting website and some of the gold pieces from Bush barrow featured in Bernard Cornwell's Stonehenge novel.
