mind you, the trespass one is a bit dodgy ... they weren't asked to leave, so didn't really break any laws on that one
criminal trespass is a little bit different --- you have to be causing "harrassment, distress or alarm" whilst refusing to leave to be guilty of that one
they're still twats though- come on Martin, you didn't fall for the "I am just a student", and "it wasn't me, it was the others" routine, did you
